Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order with BumbleBear Publishing. By using our services or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by the following terms.

Definitions

"Website" refers to all content, pages, and resources hosted on the BumbleBear Publishing website.

"Customer," "You," or "Your" refers to the individual, author, or entity placing an order.

"Company," "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to BumbleBear Publishing.

"Product" or "Service" refers to any deliverables provided by BumbleBear Publishing.

"Order" refers to the formal request submitted by the Customer—via phone, email, or our website— to obtain services. Orders are considered confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Services Offered

BumbleBear Publishing provides professional services including but not limited to:

• Children’s book writing
• Editing and proofreading
• Illustration and cover design
• Printing and formatting
• Book video trailers
• Publishing and distribution
• Marketing and promotional support

The scope of services is detailed in the customer’s service agreement or order confirmation.

Revision Policy

• Revisions must align with the original scope of the order.
• Requests outside the initial instructions may incur extra charges.
• The number of included revisions depends on the chosen package.

Refund Policy

Change of Mind

• 100% refund if the project has not started.
• If work has begun and cancellation is requested within 24 hours, a partial refund may apply.
• No refunds once deliverables are submitted or revisions have started.

Incompetent Delivery

Refunds may be considered if the final product deviates significantly from agreed requirements. Before a refund, unlimited revisions and up to three project manager/team changes will be offered.

Late Delivery

Standard turnaround: 10–15 business days. If delays occur due to our fault on three occasions, a refund may be requested.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, you must:

• Contact your assigned project manager.

• Provide your project details and reason for request.

Refunds Timeframe

Refunds must be requested before project completion. Requests made after completion will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Exclusions

Refunds will not be granted for minor issues such as:

• Small grammar or formatting errors (fixable through revisions).
• Word count differences or stylistic preferences.

In such cases, a partial refund or service credit may be offered.

Intellectual Property

By placing an order, you confirm you own or have rights to all materials submitted to us. BumbleBear Publishing is not responsible for copyright infringement claims.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and materials. No content will be shared with third parties without consent unless required by law.

Limitation of Liability

BumbleBear Publishing will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as sales or bestseller rankings.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New York. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in New York.

Updates to These Terms

BumbleBear Publishing reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services implies acceptance.
